| | David A. Pasqualini, a member of both the California Bar and the Massachusetts Bar, practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, business planning, asset protection, and tax. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; his Master's Degree in English from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, where he completed course work for his Ph.D. in English Literature; and his law degree from Cornell University Law School, Ithaca, New York. In addition, he attended graduate school in journalism at Indiana University. After graduating from Cornell Law School in 1986, he was associated with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Washington, D.C.; with Goodwin, Procter & Hoar in Boston, Massachusetts; and with Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster in Boston, Massachusetts. After relocating to Southern California, he opened his own practice. His publications and panel participations include: "The Decedent's Final Return; Elections Available To The Fiduciary," Minimizing Estate and Income Taxes with Post-Mortem Estate Planning, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. "The Use of Disclaimers in Post-Mortem Estate Planning," Second Annual Institute on Estate Planning, Bentley College Center for Tax Studies and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
